If you are suffering with stress, anxiety, depression or low self-esteem, struggling with addiction or are in the midst of relationship issues, then counselling could help.  Our service is entirely confidential and the first session without obligation.  We will be pleased to refer you to a more relevant service if appropriate.

We offer a range of counselling options, from long-term, weekly based psychotherapy to short-term CBT-based counselling. 

Our counsellors are fully qualified and members of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, ensuring the highest degree of ethical practice.
